About the Position

Ikhambi is looking for a skilled and energetic accounts administrator to oversee daily transactional capturing, etc. processing of orders. 
They will process payments to our external partners and maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts. The candidate will also provide support to Ikhambi’s finance team and will delegate administrative accounting duties to other trained members as necessary.

Tasks and Functions

Accounts payables – management of payments and refunds sheet document filing and scanning

About the Position

The key independent executive is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the key independent executive must build and maintain a strong relationship with the clients.They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed, and will bring in new business from existing independent or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients. They will motivate and guide their teams to greater success in the above.

Key Independent Executive Duties and Responsibilities
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key independent and company
Resolving key client issues and complaints
Developing a complete understanding of key independent needs
Anticipating key independent changes and improvements
Managing communications between key independent and internal teams
Managing independent team assigned to each client
Issue and monitor KPIs and general performance for their team
Strategic planning to improve client results
Negotiate contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, merchandising, warehousing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the meeting clients’ needs to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Planning and presenting reports on independent progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Maintaining all client documentation and cohesive, up-to-date files, so as to have accurate, relevant, and readily available client focused data at all times

Key Independent Executive Requirements and Qualifications
Extensive wholesale retail independent management experience, experience within the sporting industry
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
In-depth understanding of company key independent and their position in the industry
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
Four to five years previous work experience in sales, management, key independent management, or relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Intermediate computer skills, and experience with Customer-relationship management (CRM) software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
Excellent team player; must be willing and able to work with and in other departments if necessary to ensure clients’ needs are being met. This may mean occasionally working in and with the warehouse to ensure orders are packed and out by deadlines.
Excellent problem solving skills
Own transport, with valid driver’s license. Frequent store and client visits are expected.

Warehouse and Operational Personnel is required to join the iKhambi team in terms of all aspects of the day-to-day running of the iKhambi Warehouses. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a physical environment, as part of a dynamic team that must at all times strive for operational excellence and foremost be trustworthy and accountable to safely manage all items that are being dispatched, received or stored throughout the day.

The Ops team is looking for an energetic problem-solver who is able to work under pressure and ensure tasks are completed effectively in the realms of Stock take, Order Processing ( from stock picking to dispatch), daily paperwork and item logging in company Operating Systems as well as effective communication within a fast-paced environment.

The need to drive to deliver or collect stock will be required from time to time, and a grasp of basic computer and software-systems is required. The warehouse is the heart that moves the life-blood of the company and the team is pumping! We are looking for the next goal-driven addition who can help the Ops team keep the magic happening!
