About the Position
This dual role is ideal for someone who can effortlessly switch between crafting visuals and managing engaging social media content. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, bringing fresh ideas to life and ensuring our brand presence shines across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling designs that adhere to our brand’s corporate identity guidelines.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Design a variety of visual assets, including logos, banners, newsletter layouts, social media graphics, and magazine designs.
- Generate innovative creative concepts and confidently present them to the team.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to launch integrated campaigns and projects.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies as needed.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) and best practices.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- A keen eye for creativity and a knack for problem-solving.
- A Graphic Design qualification or similar relevant field. Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or a related field are also encouraged to apply.
- Own reliable transport.
Reporting
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
Remuneration
Your remuneration will be market-related and commensurate with your experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
